Responsibilities
- Make that engineers and technicians are closely adhering to the engine protocols, Critical Process Inspection (CPI), job sheets, and procedures outlined in the Diesel Workshop Handbook by keeping an eye on them and providing guidance when necessary.
- In charge of managing the diesel workshop on a daily basis for the maintenance of navy and commercial vessels
- Ensure that engine overhaul procedures are completed efficiently and effectively to satisfy client specifications and demands.
- To manage the department's overall projects in order to meet quality assurance standards, timeframes, and targets for engine delivery.
- Strictly adhere to garden safety laws and raise awareness of safety by setting an example for others.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in OEMs for diesel engines or for the shipyward industry
- Succcessful candidate must be able to doncutruct troubleshooting on pneumatic, hydraulic, piping and basic electrical system
- Must have knowledge on diesel engine overhauling
