- Working Location: Ayer Rajah (near MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon-Thu (8.30 AM - 6 PM), Fri (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the whole process of Accounts Payable.
- Verify vendor's invoices, DO, and PO.
- Handle payments to vendors via cheques, Giro, or TT payments (multi-currencies).
- Maintain Accounts Payable ledgers using accounting software.
- Manage employees’ reimbursement requests.
- Handle day-to-day and month-end accounting and reporting functions.
- Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reporting, monthly cash flow forecasts, etc.
- Provide assistance in year-end audits.
- Handle accounts for overseas-related companies.
- Check claims and payments made by overseas-related companies.
- Ensure the accuracy of month-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
- Provide assistance in checking year-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, and Excel spreadsheet.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV system is highly preferred.
