- Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
- Carry out site measurement and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
- Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 4 years working as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building condition of contract.
