Job Description

The role is responsible for the strategic development and execution of programs and initiatives designed to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the company's sales channels. This includes the management of sales enablement platforms, content creation, training and development programs, and performance analytics. We seek a sales professional to join our team and support our sales efforts to achieve strategic goals and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with our various teams on channel transformation projects, smooth execution of strategic initiatives, and creating best Compliance practices & governance framework.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel Enablement:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy that supports the company’s sales objectives and addresses the needs of diverse sales channels.
  • Lead the creation and management of sales enablement content and resources, including sales playbooks, case studies, and training materials.
  • Oversee deploying and utilizing sales enablement technologies and platforms that enhance sales channel productivity and engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor continued improvement strategies that significantly increase the productivity / EoDB of our sales Teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, the specialization Team, the CSO, the CoPC, finance, and sales leadership to ensure alignment between sales enablement activities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales enablement initiatives' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales enablement team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and building a high-performing team culture.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and sales best practices to refine and continuously improve the sales enablement strategy.

Compliance Governance:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales compliance program, including policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales activities and practices to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales, legal, CoPC, CSO, finance, and regulatory teams to address compliance issues, provide guidance on complex sales transactions, and ensure consistent application of compliance policies across all sales channels.
  • Develop and deliver training and communication programs to educate sales staff, management, and relevant stakeholders on compliance policies, regulatory changes, and ethical conduct in sales.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the organization’s sales activities; advise management on compliance implications and necessary actions.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct within the sales organization and across the company.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and relevant committees on the state of the organization’s compliance with sales practices, highlighting trends, areas of risk, and the effectiveness of the compliance program.


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in leading and managing impactful strategy to execution.
  • Prior experience in strategic planning, risk management, or related roles is valuable.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, channel dynamics, and the customer journey.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
