The Senior Executive, Product Marketing role is critical to the Client Consumer Broadband business. You will be a key team player in driving acquisition of new broadband customers, monetization of existing customer base and increase ARPU of customers in the home broadband segment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the marketing and promotional plans the acquisition of new broadband customers, monetization of existing customer base and increase ARPU of customers in the home broadband segment, including but not limiting to supporting through the launch of new products and service offerings, and maintenance of existing products and services.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including working with key stakeholders on end-to-end campaign mechanics, whilst actively reducing time and cost to market.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure its effectiveness.
- Work with sales channels and develop sales initiatives to achieve customer acquisition targets
- Responsible for weekly / monthly reporting and analysis on key drivers and product performance, including coordination with other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and robustness.
- Handle escalations of customer enquiries to ensure timely customer resolution whilst delivering a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Min Diploma with 3 years of experience in any discipline, or Degree holder in any discipline.
- Experience in product marketing, business/product development or operations management with P&L focus. Background in digital marketing or product marketing is plus.
- Strong, demonstrated analytical skills and a passion for understanding the consumer
- Independent, process-oriented and comfortable with numbers is a plus
- Good Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI skills is an advantage
