The Communication Specialist at the PMO is tasked with managing and optimizing the flow of information to support project success. This involves developing comprehensive communication plans, adoption strategies, and creating a variety of content such as presentations, newsletters, and emails. The role is crucial in simplifying complex information through visual aids and implementing communication strategies that aid in change management.

In addition to content creation, the specialist coordinates training sessions, collaborates across departments for consistent messaging, and utilizes various platforms to enhance communication efforts. They are also responsible for analyzing feedback for continuous improvement, managing multiple work streams for smooth project delivery, and supporting strategic initiatives like Win10 to Win11, Data Classification, and Mobile Security etc.

• Developing comprehensive communication plans that align with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Formulating adoption strategies to ensure smooth transition and acceptance of new initiatives.
• Creating a variety of communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
• Implementing communication strategies to support change management, making sure stakeholders comprehend the changes and their effects.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across the organization.
• Designing visual aids like charts, graphs, and infographics to effectively communicate complex information.
• Coordinating training sessions and developing materials to assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes or technologies.
• Utilizing various communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms, to enhance communication efforts.

• Experience working closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent communication.
• Proficiency with communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience in creating visual aids, such as charts, graphs, and infographics, to convey complex information effectively.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and implement continuous improvements in communication practices.
• Experience providing communication support for strategic IT initiatives, such as system upgrades, data classification projects, or security enhancements.
