The Executive, Dental Services, is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and management of the polyclinic.
He/ She handles general administrative matters in the polyclinic including the management of registry and records, computerised systems, finance and accounts, staff, public relations, facilities, security, materials, and business continuity management and ensures that they are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
He/ She will also work with the various domains to review and re-design workflow to improve work efficiency and assist in managing the general affairs of Dental Clinic Operations in SHP.
He/ She will also participate in workgroups and projects as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of work experience will be an advantage
