Job Description:

Individual to be involved in:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the BBQ restaurant's brand and increase customer traffic.

2. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to engage with customers and attract new patrons.

3. Coordinate promotional events, such as tastings, discounts, and special offers, to drive sales and boost restaurant visibility.

4. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for menu enhancements or service improvements.

5. Collaborate with the culinary team to create enticing menu items and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

6. Monitor competitors' marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
