Job Description
We are recruiting a software marketing & promotion assistant. After successful application, your job responsibilities will be as follows:
- Expand customer sources:
Find new customer leads and develop customer sources through various methods.
- Demonstrate our products:
Familiar with product functions, demonstrate product usage processes on-site, highlight product advantages, attract customers, and promote cooperation.
- Follow up on product implementation and landing:
Need to go to the customer's side for software configuration and on-site training.
- Solve customer problems:
Effectively handle software problems encountered by customers and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback:
Collect customer feedback and communicate it to other team members in a timely manner to promote product use experience.
- Other temporary tasks:
Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Effective written and oral communication skills, careful and meticulous, flexible mind, strong mobility, good at interacting with people at different levels and maintaining customer relationships.
