We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director join our team expanding Business Development team. This sales-focused role will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the cleaning services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand market share and achieve business objectives.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and service agreements to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the cleaning services industry is a MUST.
