- Leading team members in performing audit assignments.
- Developing risk assessments and determining the appropriate audit strategy and procedures for each audit engagement.
- Reviewing audit policies and procedures in response to professional auditing and ethical standards.
- Developing and enhancing the firm’s system of quality management.
- Supporting professional learning and development in the areas of audit methodology.
- Responding and attending to all technical and clients’ queries.
- Providing professional development trainings and managing the team performance
- Maintaining client relationships and development of a long-term partnership
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Finance discipline
- CA (Singapore) member and already Registered as Public Accountant
- Have at least 10 years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, relevant statutory rules, and good understanding in the regulatory compliance and procedures
- Experience in auditing Public Interest Entities and group consolidation of accounts
- Have a positive attitude, great communication skills and an analytical mind
- Possess strong managerial and leadership skills as well as being an effective team player
- Experience with Big Four accounting firms is an advantage.
