Scope:
- Process the course/programme applications accurately in the training management system so that the courses are properly tracke
- Arrange all the logistics to ensure the smooth and successful running of thecourses/programmes including activities such as scouting for trainingvenues, caterers, accomodation, organizing social events, handling enqiries, preparing course materials and ensuring that vendors deliver goods and services that meet expectations to run the courses/programmes smoothly
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Update of courses databases to ensure course information is complete and could be collated when needed
- Follow up on outstanding matters after the courses/programmes to ensure good customer service delivered
- Prepare and compile course evaluation report
- Prepare and issuance of Certificate upon course completion
- Process trainer’s remuneration payment for Finance to make payment
- Provide Finance with supporting documents to process bill payments to training venue provider, caterer and printing company etc
- Ad hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business with administrative experiences
- 1 -2 years of experiences in education industry will be advantageous
- Team player
- Meticulous and detailed
