Summary:
Responsible for providing HR administrative support with the full spectrum of employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding till exit management.
Scope:
• Conduct CV screening.
• Co-ordinate with hiring managers and selected candidates on interview schedule.
• Ensure proper and complete documentation.
• Prepare new hire Letter of Appointment and create Employee P-file.
• Prepare new starter logistics and co-ordinate with respective Departments
• Assist in Orientation
• Administer leave and benefits system and attend to staff queries.
• Handling exit interviews
• Attend to training requisition
• Source for training course/provider and assist in registration where required
• Co-ordinate training schedule with trainer/vendor and staff and provide training administrative logistics where necessary.
• Assist in performace reviews.
• Ensure proper update and maintain employee data in P-Files, HRIS, leave, benefits and training records.
• Provide assistance in the HR system migration where required.
• Assists in planning HR related events such as workshops
• Other tasks as assigned by Assistant Manager / Senior Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources/Business with 1-2 years of relevant HR administrative duties/relevant HR internship experiences
- Great communication skills
- Team player
- Meticulous and detailed
