Job Description:
- Implement routine Quality Management (QM) work including new staff QM training, annual QM training, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) validation, and mock recall according to Group standards
- Routinely report to the Group concerning the current (Regional) Business Unit (BU/RBU) Integrated Management System (IMS) status via IMS management review report and two-way meetings
- Conduct Risk Assessment (RA) and action plans on processes for compliance with local workplace health and safety government regulations
- Coordinate the investigation and close out of the (Regional) Business Unit (BU/RBU) site
- Provide progress and support to drive internal audit corrective actions
- Identify and remedy gaps between the Business Unit / Regional Business Unit (BU/RBU) Quality Management (QM) system and Group QM standards, site-certified QM standards, under guidance from
- Deploy Management of Change System in laboratories, logistics, and warehouses in compliance with requirements from authorities, customers, or internal regulations in the Quality/Regulatory and SHE areas.
- Active participation in ISO and HACCP implementations
