Role Summary:

As the face of Parliament Bar, you'll be responsible for leading our talented team, crafting memorable experiences for our guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate the bar team to deliver top-notch service and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
- Customer Experience: Engage with guests to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and charm.
- Operations: Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our team to curate and innovate our drink menu, introducing new cocktails that excite and entice.
- Staff Training: Train, mentor, and develop bar staff to enhance their skills and maintain high standards of service.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, sales, and profitability. Implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute special events and promotions to draw in crowds and enhance our bar's reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-energy environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and a team-oriented approach.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
