Responsibilities
- To manage the office internal maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issue.
- Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
- Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
- Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Prepare quotation for minor and A&A works.
- Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
- Min. 5 years working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be comfortable working 5.5 and/or 6 days work week.
- Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites.
