JOB SCOPE :
Business Engagement & Collaboration
- Data & KPI logic owner for customer and marketing related data and KPIs within data lake and refinement layer based on Salesforce & other CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Website traffic, Media performance Tools
- demand process management and data onboarding of customer and marketing related data into Overseas datalake (eXtollo/SHIELD)
- Collaboration and logic alignment across stakeholders (HQ, Region, Markets), synchronization of regional and market level data processes in connection to data onboarding and KPI adaptations
- Understanding and continuous improvements on marketing & customer data landscape
- Work on the Lead Standardization across the region to update to the latest setups from the markets and according to the guidelines from HQ.
- Sparring partner for region, markets, HQ and other key stakeholders to train them on KPI logic, data understanding and steering business with these KPIs
- Connecting teams and initiatives between data activation/reporting team, data stewards, IT, process managers and product owners
- Align all stakeholders from regional marketing, markets, process owners, system owners, reporting team and IT to ensure that business requirements are adequately
- gathered, defined, documented and communicated
- Collaborating with architect, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for data improvements, recommend process and system enhancements
- Ensure fulfilment of market- as well as regional business requirements (quality, timeline and budget) by translating the user stories into deliverable tasks
Data availability & KPI development
- Ensure with technical owners of SHIELD and refinement layer (UDM) a consistent data flow and data availability (e,g, in time, accurate, consistent)
- Standardized KPI logic development for customer and marketing related KPIs in close collaboration with process managers & business owners
- Ensuring KPI availability for the Region Overseas Reporting Suite (HeliOS) and local data products
- Ensuring that new or changed data points are known to relevant user group and reflected in KPIs and reporting
- Evaluation and improvement on existing products (e.g. UDM, marketing KPIs, customer KPIs, HeliOS)
- Ensure that all requirements and deliverables are scalable and reusable across all markets in region Overseas
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Business or IT education qualification
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in working with customer & marketing related data e.g. from Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Google, etc
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with data touchpoints in agile environments
- Basic understanding of marketing KPIs and terminology
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills (i.e. bug fixing and L3 support)
- Experience in SQL, Python and R for data analytics (expert), working within agile development process & systems like Jira, Confluence, Asana and others
- Working experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks or similar
- Understanding of data modelling concepts like entity-relationship models
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Capability to translate and abstract IT solutions into business terminology to connect both worlds and stakeholder groups
