Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's strategic development plans and business development goals, guide the company's development path, and oversee the implementation of strategies.
- Lead major business management tasks of the company, guide business operations, and make decisions on significant business matters.
- Appoint senior management personnel and build the executive team.
- Sign important economic contracts and documents externally.
- Handle other significant matters authorized by the board of directors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 15 years of senior management experience in the same industry.
- Familiar with the photovoltaic industry, possessing a global perspective, data-driven thinking, deep analytical skills, and strong business acumen.
- Advanced enterprise management concepts, proficient in corporate operations, and the ability to grasp the overall development of the company.
- Exceptional leadership, outstanding strategic judgment, decision-making, and coordination skills.
- High professional ethics.
