JOB DESCRIPTION
- To assist the PM on multiple projects to programme and allocate manpower as required.
- Discuss with PM to action necessary works required and recommended in inspection reports clearly and accurately.
- Maintain records of inspections, actions and non-conformances.
- Assist in submission of shop drawings and material samples for conformance with project specification
- Assist PM in the planning of required, materials, plant, transport and equipment.
- Plan activities of allocated Site Supervisors and workforce under their control, in line with project requirements.
- Monitor Health and Safety on projects to ensure safe working practices are carried out in accordance to local regulations
- Ensure that projects are carried out within the labour and material budget parameters provided as advised by PM.
- Check site progress and productivity, record and submit monthly progress claims for certification and payment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should possess a High Nitec / Diploma / Degree, or equivalent Technical certificate in Architecture / Mechanical / Civil or Building.
Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
A good communicator.
Training will be provided for fresh graduates.
