Job Description
- Handle customers’ enquiries (not limited to phone calls, email, live chat, instant messaging)
- Manage protocols (such as fire & emergency messages)
- Liaise with other department enquiries and requests
- Manage customers’ feedback
- Make accurate data entry to the CRM System and maintain records
- Participate in trainings, tests and audits when required
Pay Package
· Salary: Up to $2800*
· Yearly performance bonus: Up to 1 month of salary
Working hours (Shift and rostered)
- Able to work in any of the following shift: AM – 7:30AM to 5:00PM, MID - 9:00AM to 6.30PM PM – 12:30PM to 10PM, Shift shall be rostered. - With 1 hour of meal time
- 5 day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend work day
