Job Responsibilities:
- Implement enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco products and solutions.
- Configure and deploy Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, as well as other products including Fortinet Firewalls, Riverbed solutions, and TrendMicro products.
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Handle problem-solving, service contracts, change management, and maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, processes, and service records.
Skills:
- Familiar with Aruba and Cisco networking systems
- Relevant hands-on past project implementation, devices, and systems
Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in the similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
- CCNP / CCNA certification will be added advantage
