- We are seeking a highly analytical and organised individual to join us as Digital Project Manager (Contract) to work on exciting Digital Transformation Projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of key digital build projects to achieve the company's growth objectives.
- The appointed candidate will also work closely with the Technology & Data leadership team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging and interactive customer-facing solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhere to internal processes & standards such as Agile / SDLC framework and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with team members, software architect, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate actively with business users to propose potential improvements / alternative solutions and technologies to bring about high-quality system solutions.
- Work on integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects.
- Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, raise attention for escalations, where possible.
- Anticipate, manage, negotiate and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Provide secretariat support for Project meetings.
- Provide support in conducting Feasibility Studies, Industry Benchmarking / Research and Pilots.

- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with good appreciation of business needs and strong experience in digital build.
- Candidates with more experience may be appointed at Senior Manager level.
- Industry certifications in the following or equivalent will be a plus. (i.e. PMP, CITPM, Agile, SCRUM, COBIT, ITIL Change Management, Design Thinking etc).
- End-to-end systems implementation experience (of both SaaS and COTS solution) in two or more of the following business domain areas in the Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle industry will be advantageous:
- Point-of-Sales (for consumer F&B and events catering), includes onsite and mobile POS equipment.
- Digital signage systems and content management system.
- Public customer facing (Web, App and Digital Maps) for commercial venues.
- Customer relationship management system (CRM), and Marketing Automation.
- Digital twin, video analytics for public safety, people counting etc.
- Retail mall systems.
