Job Description:
- Handle full set of account
- Assist in day-to-day accounting functions
- Key in supplier invoices and reconciliation of vendor SOA and clarify discrepancies with suppliers
- Handle staff claims and intercompany transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Update month end inventory and reconcile inventory movement report
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet account
- Preparation of month end closing and journal entries
- Preparation of management reports
- Organizes and maintains files and records, scanning supporting documents
- Assist with specific administrative responsibilities Including but not limited to depositing checks, Courier and mailing arrangement .etc.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Work in Singapore
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
