Our client is an established company specialising in Biomedical and Manufacturing. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor to support the growth. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Duties of Warehouse Supervisor:
- Ensure high service quality per agreements and manage supply chain logistics with warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders globally (EMEA, NA, APAC) and oversee Conveyor and AMR automation for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate operational records and handle compliance paperwork.
- Safely manage freight with forecasting methods and oversee TMS operations daily.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for EWM and WM, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and high delivery performance.
- Lead Lean projects for productivity and cost improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and consignment pick-ups.
- Lead and mentor the team, maximizing cost-effectiveness with service providers to meet KPIs and OTIF targets.
- Prepare and analyze various management and financial reports.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in logistics industry
- Min O Level
