Job Responsibilities
- Perform hair treatments (including shampoo) and barber services to guests as assigned, following established standard protocols and procedures
- Before greeting and ushering guests to the salon, check the area for cleanliness, lighting, smell, functionality of equipment, and standard setup. Clean the salon and equipment after guest use
- Reconfirm the guest’s treatment selection(s) and potential allergies before starting the service
- After the service/treatment, recommend retail products based on the products used
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star luxury hotel or casino resort environment; experience in Macau is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; possess a hair stylist/colorist certificate from a reputable hair stylist or beautician school
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin; ability to speak English is an advantage
- Presentable with a decent customer service mindset
- No visible tattoos
- Willing to work rotating shifts (including overnight shifts)
