A professional responsible for OTC Foreign Exchange risk management products (both vanilla and structured) sales, with a focus on SME and mid-cap corporate clients. Key focus also on supporting the broader FX and Commodities regional sales business.
- You will be responsible for the sales of the OTC Foreign Exchange risk management products (both vanilla and structured) with a focus on SME and mid-cap corporate clients.
- You will have a key focus on also supporting the broader FX and Commodities sales business for Australia and NZ.
- Your primary mandate will be FX risk management, but we will be strongly developing your Cross-asset skills – so that you are able to cross-sell into OTC Commodities & Crypto product set effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements.

Competencies
- Good knowledge of financial derivatives (futures, swaps, options).
- A proven track record of executing Foreign Exchange business with corporate clients.
- Ability to attract and manage your own direct client base and contribute to building out of Marex’s FX business.
- Strong risk and compliance ethic with ability to conduct business within Company’s policies & procedures and applicable rules and regulations.
- Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness.

- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work in teams and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
