Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term, short-term IT technologies’ initiatives for SBFAP’s existing businesses; seek advice and approval from Head of Digital & IT.
- Provide thought collaboration with BU IT in IT operations, cost-optimization, innovation and efficiency improvement for IT infrastructure/application.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the execution of IT infrastructure projects, such as data center upgrades, network enhancements, and hardware deployments
- Managing Projects such as Active Directory & MS Tenant Consolidation, OKTA to Entra SSO/MFA and Win11 Golden Image
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and cost variances.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and executives.
- Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Address any issues promptly and transparently.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., O365, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Bachelor of Information Technology Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design & implementation of global/regional IT platform
- Solid understanding of industry best practices and IT trends shaping business communications
- Excellent IT skills and solid understanding of various IT platforms, applications, tools, and networks
- Project management skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a group environment
- Excellent analytical/assessment, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making abilities with effective reasoning skills
- High degree of interpersonal skills, customer-oriented and strong negotiation skills
