Job Scope
- Responsible for sales and follow up closely with clients.
- To Meet and Manage sales enquries and understanding of clients’ needs and renovation requirements.
- To provide quotation, professional advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection, project schedules and project management.
- Work closely with inhouse team and vendors to ensure project completion and timely handover.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in autocad/ design software/ mircrosoft.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Highly Motivated, Initiative, Responsive, Sales Driven and independent.
- Bilingual Proficiency, Able to speak Mandarin or dialects to liaise with Mandarin or dialects speaking customers an advantage.
- Problem solving and eye for details.
