Job Description:
- Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams
- Process all inbound escalations from the BID Sales Team email and/or phone call
- Effectively communicate resolutions direct to end-customers
- Regular and proactive in working with sales team to gather update on any new
- developments in the marketplace, for example: competitor behaviors, product issues,
- customer changes, wins or potential misses and report in monthly sales meeting.
- Other assigned tasks depending on business requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a scientific discipline
- 2 years of related customer service experience with order entry systems and processes experiences required.
