Talent Acquisition Manager
We are engaged by a Global Technology Firm to seek for a Talent Acquisiton Manager
Responsiblities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Work with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategy
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skill
