Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and all SSG IT Infrastructure activities.
- Collaborate with various sections, departments, and Site Managers to achieve company goals.
- Guide and supervise team members, providing necessary training and development.
- Assist the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT infrastructure budgets.
- Ensure that all systems under your responsibility are functioning properly and are maintained effectively, both technically and economically.
- Work with local and global stakeholders to set IT Infrastructure priorities based on business needs and overarching objectives.
- Develop local IT Infrastructure strategies in collaboration with Global Service Managers and implement global strategies accordingly.
- Participate in the IT-International organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination with other sites.
Requirements:
- MS/BS EE or CS, at least 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
- Good communication skills
- Good skills in writing and documentation
- Good team player
- IT Infrastructure related Knowledgeable and experience in LINUX (SuSE), Windows, WAN/LAN
- Experience in project management, vendor management and e-commerce projects
