This position assists the Membership Team and Membership Sales Team in the general administration to ensure smooth operations of both the Membership Admin and Membership Sales Departments.
- Provide Administrative Support for Membership Team and Membership Sales Team
- Data entry for new Membership Applications
- Process Application Forms that are received every morning.
- To assist in Membership Sales as and when required by Head of Membership Sales
- Attend to Members’ request via all channels.
- Ensure all incoming emails is attended within 24 hours or 3 working days if an investigation is required.
- Filing of Membership documents.
- Assist in preparation for New Night
- Assist in preparation for New Members Election Night, Annual General Meeting / Special General Meeting.
- Assist in SCC Night Race Fiesta /SCC Rugby 7s Tournament
- Provide ad-hoc support on any Membership related matters.
