Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all logistical aspects of roadshow events, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and adhere to deadlines and financial parameters.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and operations teams, to align event objectives with overall business goals
Vendor and Venue Management:
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure competitive pricing and ensure high-quality event delivery.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
On-Site Event Management:
- Oversee event set-up, tear-down, and day-of logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise on-site staff, volunteers, and temporary personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events promptly and effectively.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and liabilities.
Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess event success and effectiveness in meeting objectives.
- Analyze attendee feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
