Job scope
· Responsible for the management n implementation of data center building projects
· Plan and prepare work schedules when the project are awarded.
· Coordinate and manage work schedule, time line , progress with vendor and external contractor.
· Manage technical submission document and ensure technical drawing n material spec requirement are adhered to
· Regular site walk, Update client n company of project progress
· Resolve site issue with multiple parties
· Prepare n produce T&C report, SAT report and Test Script based on project/site requirement.
· Prepare and coordinate for Integrated Services Test (IST) with multiple parties before opening of data center
· Prepare operation n maintainence manual (OMM) and handover certificate.
Requirements
· Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
· 3 years’ experience in data center M&E project management
Added advantage
· Proficiency with Authority and BCA Code of Practice.
