Credit Bureau Singapore is looking for a Operations Executive to support our Member Clients (Banking & Financial Institutions)
Responsibilities:
You will be the primary interface between Credit Bureau Singapore and its Member Clients (Banking & Financial Institutions) and tasked with managing a portfolio of these Client's service fulfilment and related support.
- Conduct audit checks on Approved Members of Credit Bureau Singapore Pte Ltd.
- Process offline reports and ensure timely submission of deliverables
- Handle Members’ queries through different modes of communication channels
- Provide support to Members and work closely with internal functional teams to assist with troubleshooting in the event of any technical queries or assistance
- Any other ad-hoc duties required.
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma holders.
- 1 to 2 years of customer support work experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and IT skills are preferred.
- Candidate must be diligent and have a keen eye for details.
- Possess good conceptualization and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrate good time management, professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates who can commence work immediately would be considered favorably
