We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Director to manage our textile manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, supply chain, and quality control. This role requires frequent travel to our overseas factory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Oversee production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet industry standards and regulations.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain product standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues promptly.
- Manage the supply chain to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Lead and mentor the operations team.
- Provide training and development opportunities.
- Develop and manage the operations budget.
- Analyze financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Travel frequently to the overseas factory to oversee operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with the local management team.
- Address and resolve issues at the factory.
- Relevant experiences in operation management within textile industry.
