Job Description and Requirements:
- Managing Accounts and Finance Department: Oversee and manage the finance department in Singapore.
- Investment and Property Management: Handle accounting for portfolio investments and real estate property management.
- Coordination and Compliance: Coordinate with investment bankers, auditors, company secretaries, and income tax consultants.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial management reports.
Qualifications:
- Professional Qualification: Must possess a professional accounting and finance qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountant).
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the finance field.
