The Job
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches to ensure successful market entry and consumer engagement.
- Support the coordination and promotion of events, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
- Contribute to branding initiatives to strengthen XM Studios' market presence and reputation.
- Help manage advertising campaigns and public relations activities to maximize reach and impact.
- Engage in audience nurturing activities to build and maintain strong relationships with our community.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or HOD.
What you'll bring:
- 1 - 3 years’ working experience in Toy/Collectibles, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Marketing, Merchandise, Fashion, Pop Culture
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Familiar with SEO, SEM, SMM, SMA, SERP, and PPC
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro.
- Proficiency in Marketing Software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp)
- Good photography & video/editing skills
- Experience with Chinese Social Media platforms are a bonus
