Senior Manager - Enterprise and Integration Architecture
In light of our client's expanding business, a prominent player in the healthcare industry seeks a Senior Manager - Enterprise and Integration Architecture to design and implement the enterprise architecture to align with the company's business strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee processes, architectural models, standards, and guidelines to manage the organization's enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate current systems and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Work with stakeholders across departments to define the strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure and applications.
- Ensure the enterprise systems, integration strategies, and architecture frameworks tailored to meet the company's business needs.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure project alignment with the enterprise architecture
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security teams to drive architectural and operational changes
- Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that aligns IT strategy with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Develop solutions using APIs, middleware, and other technologies to support efficient data flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Integration Architecture.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical prowess, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
