• Verified the production related records and QC test results
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Inspects, test, or measure materials or products from receiving during preparations/ production and packing
• Support Daily line release, and swab test
• Block and reject all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Perform micro testing for the product
• Report inspection and test data
• Assist Quality manager for Quality & Production related matter
• Support production leaders, section leaders and crews for any wrong doings and guide them on correct procedures
• Inspect overall personel hygiene, environment hygiene and its surrounding
