Responsibilities:
1) Ensuring that the building design meets all codes, regulations, and safety standards
2) required to supervise contractors and subcontractors throughout the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
3) Assist managing director in developing and implementing corporate strategy and policies. Prepare monthly and annually project analysis report and annual project planning to the board of directors.
4) Requirement analysis, design, development, documentation, UI testing and integration of software solutions are required
5) Work closely with Product Manager, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, and User Interface/User Experience Designers to deliver exceptional features
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or university graduate, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design / decoration or quantity survey on costing.
More than 10 years of experience in construction management of buildings and commercial complexes.
Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
Candidates who are good in both English and Korean language is an asset to liaise with Korean speaking clients/associates
Proficient in Microsoft and AutoCAD is preferred
