Job Responsibilities:
- Lead site coordination across all trades to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- To prepare submission of Shop Drawings / Materials / MOS
- To ensure works are constructed in accordance with contract and shop drawings
- Liaise effectively with Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) standards on-site
- To carry out inspection of trades work
- To update architectural progress with scheduling tools
- To ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Management
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in structural or architectural disciplines
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects
- Good knowledge of architectural specifications and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
