Job description:
As the RFFE Module design team leader, the candidate plays key design role in development and commercialization of MEMS Based RF-FE module for consumer electronics from new concept design, verification to mass production.
The successful candidate will be leading to build a multi-discipline team developing PA, Filters, LNA, RF switches and front-end modules for the high volume and fast-paced cellular handset market. Candidates will designs develop, modifies, and evaluates electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems on a multinational team basis.
Responsibilities:
- Co-working with international team including China, Singapore and Europe on a cross-disciplinary team basis
- Design and development of RF-FE modules to meet customer’s specification and needs
- Lead and produce 4G, 5G, WiFi module design, fulfil product lifecycle from engineering and transfer to production team
- Coordinate with engineering teams globally to produce module samples
Qualifications/Desired skills:
- Track record in commercialization of RF-FE modules.
- Broad understanding of RF analog component performance characterization via Smith Chart, tuning via passives, etc
- Extremely familiar with module application in RF application and have the ability to use advanced modelling techniques to design modules
- Strong skill in EM modelling and RF simulation tools Solid background in resonator/filter design, simulation, finite element analysis, layout, and package design
