What You Can Expect
- Manage product/test engineering activities at different manufacturing test sites
- Test program release for wafer sort and Final test
- New product qualification and transfer
- Lot-on-hold verification/Disposition
- Yield analysis
- Customer return verification
- Work on yield improvement, test time reduction and test process improvements.
- Aligns PE systems/processes for several manufacturing test sites
- Travel to Asia and US sites maybe required
What We're Looking For
- ATE HP93k knowledge, test methodology, semiconductor manufacturing process, digital/analog testing
- Networking and Automotive semiconductor test experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Must be able to work independently in a sustaining role
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
