Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Enrollment Management to join our leadership team. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing innovative enrollment strategies that attract and retain a diverse and talented student body. The Head of Enrollment Management will oversee the admissions process, financial aid, registration, and retention programs, ensuring alignment with the school's strategic goals.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment management plan that includes student recruitment, admissions, financial aid, registration, and retention.


Analyze market trends and demographic data to inform recruitment strategies and achieve enrollment targets.


Lead the admissions team in the effective promotion of the school to prospective students and families, including organizing open days and participation in relevant fairs.


Establish and maintain relationships with educational consultants, local and international schools, and other relevant organizations to drive student recruitment.


Develop policies and procedures for admissions and financial aid that are transparent and align with international best practices.


Manage the student financial aid program, ensuring it supports the school’s diversity goals and is responsive to the financial needs of families.


Oversee the registration process and ensure a smooth transition for new students into the school system.


Work closely with marketing and communications to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.


Implement retention strategies and regularly assess student satisfaction and outcomes to ensure high levels of continued enrollment.


Prepare and manage the enrollment management budget.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.


Minimum of 7 years of experience in enrollment management or a related field, preferably in an international educational environment.


Demonstrated success in developing and implementing enrollment strategies that meet or exceed goals.


Strong understanding of the international education market and recruitment dynamics.


Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use CRM systems to inform decision-making.
High ethical standards and professionalism.


Multicultural sensitivity and an ability to work effectively in an international setting.
