Job Responsibilities:
- Task to develop, document and support the build of high precision plastic injection tooling and molded parts for manufacturing.
- Utilize software (Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0) to create plastic molds for manufacturing processes such as injection molding.
- Designing mold based on customer specification and requirements.
- Participate in the mold trials to ensure the parts and products are produced as designed.
- Perform necessary part troubleshooting and necessary changes to ensure parts can be produced smoothly with the required quality.
- Assist the quality team in creating and designing test and measurement fixtures.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with 3D CAD software skill for Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above
- With experience or knowledge of Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication related field preferred.
- Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent mold setting and tooling design
