Job Summary: As an IT Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, as well as significant experience in the Chinese internet ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, and security protocols.
- Manage and maintain cloud services, ensuring high availability and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of new technologies.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and security.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Specialist or similar role in the Chinese internet industry.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.), and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with Chinese internet technologies, platforms, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices in China.
