Accenture is seeking a talented ACE/IIB and WebSphere MQ Specialist with a deep knowledge of designing and managing ACE/IIB flows within a WebSphere MQ distributed queuing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and upgrade of ACE/IIB and WebSphere MQ systems, demonstrating strong technical expertise across various platforms and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ACE/IIB flows over WebSphere MQ, ensuring efficient and reliable integration solutions in a distributed queuing environment.
- Administer and configure ACE/IIB and WebSphere MQ 9.x on different environments, including Linux and Windows, to maintain optimal system performance and stability.
- Manage the installation and upgrading processes of ACE/IIB, WebSphere MQ, and IBM WTX on authorized platforms, ensuring compatibility and system integrity.
- Set up and manage high-availability (HA) environments, including triggering, monitoring, and defining ACE/IIB nodes on Unix and Windows platforms to ensure minimal system downtime.
- Provide expert support for new projects involving ACE/IIB and MQ, offering troubleshooting, optimization, and integration services.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises for ACE/IIB and MQ in Unix environments, ensuring systems are prepared for unexpected failures and data loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of designing ACE/IIB flows and managing WebSphere MQ in a distributed queuing environment.
- Proficient in the administration and configuration of ACE/IIB and WebSphere MQ 9.x on Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with the installation and upgrade of ACE/IIB, WebSphere MQ, and IBM WTX on various authorized platforms.
- Proven ability to establish and manage high-availability environments, including ACE/IIB nodes, on Unix and Windows platforms.
- Strong background in providing comprehensive support for projects involving ACE/IIB and MQ.
- Experience in conducting disaster recovery exercises for ACE/IIB and MQ in Unix environments.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in ACE/IIB, WebSphere MQ, or similar technologies are advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated technical proficiency.
