JOB SCOPES:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and analyse inputs from customer satisfaction survey results
- Identify improvement opportunities through process re-design, automation development or system improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of user access
- Perform regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies
- Ensure documentation on access control procedures, work instructions and configurations are accurately maintained
- Review and manage IT Service Desk services Service Level Agreements.
- Handle customer’s feedback and ensure prompt and effective resolution
- Lead and manage Service Desk Agent to ensure optimal performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operation management of contact center / service desk.

JOB SCOPES:
- Processes new / renewal online orders. This includes invoicing, granting access and sending confirmation to the customer.
- Processes new / renewal print subscription orders.
- Processes IP Amendments
- Processes Trial Requests
- Maintains certain department procedures that are posted on our Oracle Service Cloud knowledge base
- Fulfills monthly / yearly individual metric that has been set by the manager
- Work on projects and other duties as assigned
- Conduts monthly Quality Assurance audits for team members
- Meet or exceed monthly / yearly individual metrics as well as meet or exceed department metrics that have been set by the manager
- Ensures in house department procedures are up to standards
- Serves as primary tester for new integrations and/or software
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Must possess at least Degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of order processing experience in publishing or a technology-based field.
