Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining equipment in the manufacturing plant, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Follow standard operating procedures, adhere to quality standards, and ensure that products meet customer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum PSLE or Technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
